Owner of the company, David Lavigne, is certified through the North Carolina Home Inspector Licensure Board, but where you will see the quality of his inspection and report will show from his past career experience. David began his career as an HVAC controls technician, then progressed into the Journeyman Electrical Union where he served the community for over five years.  David then went into business with his father and ran a successful company repairing and installing foundations in homes.

After the business was sold in 2012 David moved to Kernersville, NC to work for a local bridge crane company being a master technician for detailed bridge cranes.  This work included not only inspection and reports, but understanding the mechanics in order to repair a unit to the highest standard.

In David’s free time he enjoys spending time with family, which includes spending quality on the lake, hiking and of course tinkering with his cars and motorcycles.
